Statue of Unity – Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel (182 m / 597 ft)

The Statue of Unity not only India’s but is the world’s tallest statue at 182 metres (597 ft). It is a statue of Indian politician and independence activist Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel (1875–1950).

The Buddha Park of Ravangla (also known as Tathagata Tsal) is situated within the religious complex of the Rabong Gompa (Monastery). It is situated near Rabong (Ravangla) in South Sikkim district, Sikkim, India. The statue was consecrated by the 14th Dalai Lama on 2550th birth anniversary of Gautama Buddha.
